April Frank is President of Innovative Edge, Inc. For over 16 years she has worked with diverse types of organizations in the private and public sector in the manufacturing, service, technology and health care industries to improve leadership effectiveness and measurably increase productivity. Prior to founding Innovative Edge, Inc. in 1995, April held training and development, management and leadership positions in fast-growth, high-tech organizations after beginning her career as a paralegal. She then founded and was CEO of a manufacturing company which was recognized as the leader in two of its markets. Ignited by her own work with an executive coach and passionate about sharing her experiences and knowledge in transforming setbacks and enhancing personal and organizational performance, she founded Innovative Edge.
