April Frank is President of Innovative Edge, Inc., specializing in organizational training and consulting in emotional intelligence, managing change, team building, stress management, communication, conflict resolution and customer service. As a trainer and coach, she works with diverse types of organizations, teams and individuals to create more coherence and increase performance individually and organizationally.

April works with corporate organizations, public-sector agencies, schools and health care facilities to measurably enhance productivity and wellness while reducing stress.
