Inner Quality Management®

IQM is a multi-contact, research-based program that is customized to fit an organization’s business objectives. The basic premise of IQM is that when individuals operate at their greatest potential, the organization then maximizes its quality. Research shows that individuals think and act smarter when synergy of intellectual, intuitive and emotional intelligence takes place. The IQM program teaches individuals practical tools to achieve and sustain high performance without drain and burnout.

Unleashing the power of an organization starts with the individual. Agility, innovation, excellence, customer satisfaction, stakeholder and shareholder value -- these are the new imperatives for organizations to survive and prosper in a global information economy.

Initiatives like TQM, reengineering, and continuous improvement promise breakthroughs in organizational effectiveness and productivity. Yet, frequently these well-intentioned efforts increase job stress, hindering the hoped-for improvements and triggering a downward spiral of inefficiency, low morale and increased pressure. Every process in an organization involves a human element. The affects on the human system and influences on all other systems are often not factored in. When a workforce is drained -- for whatever reason -- its capacity to meet the challenges and opportunities of the job is severely compromised. Components
MODULE 1: INTERNAL SELF-MANAGEMENT --
The FREEZE-FRAME® Technology

FREEZE-FRAME is a scientifically-based process for improving effective decision making and in-the-moment stress reduction. Participants learn the science of how and why to apply this powerful technique to job stresses, strategic planning, customer service, meeting effectiveness and personal interactions.

MODULE 2: COHERENT COMMUNICATIONS --
Interpersonal and organizational communication problems dramatically inhibit organizational effectiveness. The tools learned in this module help individuals and teams improve their ability to listen and to strengthen the power of their outgoing communication, becoming more in "sync" with co-workers, clients, customers and vendors, all of which translate into savings of time, energy and money.

MODULE 3: BOOSTING ORGANIZATION CLIMATE --
Systems theory has demonstrated that no individual or team in an organization is truly separate from the organization itself. Research has shown which attitudes prevalent within organizations enhance productivity and which attitudes compromise it. Participants learn how to create a self-sustaining atmosphere of respect, appreciation and care within the organization, increasing cooperation, coherence and commitment. Productivity soars and goals are met.

MODULE 4: STRATEGIC PROCESSES & RENEWAL --
In this module participants apply IQM tools to project and strategic planning, complex decision making, and more efficient time management. Participants also create an action plan for successful integration and application of IQM tools in their professional and personal lives.

Follow-up Coaching: Because all participants in a training program are individuals with their own strengths and challenges, we provide individual coaching to maximize the application of what each person has learned to their own, individual performance goals.

QUANTIFYING ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Pre and post training assessment instruments are utilized to measure changes in the productivity, health and coherence of the organization.

The Personal and Organizational Quality Assessment and the Organizational Coherence Survey measure changes in the productivity, communication effectiveness, job satisfaction, organizational coherence, stress symptoms and psychological well-being of the group.
